The apartment is located in a building in the historic center of Sirmione, a few steps from Lake Garda with the enchanting beach called "Lido delle Bionde", and from the "Catullo" spa with the "Aquaria" wellness center, open all around. year round, with outdoor thermal pools, places of absolute relaxation. In the vicinity of the apartment there are various types of restaurants: from the starred restaurant, to the typical tavern, to the pizzeria (the property has a restaurant under the apartment, with the possibility of cooking classes and chefs at home, as an extra service). Sirmione is also the ideal place for shopping: there are numerous clothing and accessories shops of prestigious made in Italy brands. The center of Sirmione is also rich in culture and history, with evidence of considerable importance such as the Scaligero Castle, the Grottoes of Catullus, the Lombard church of San Pietro in Mavino. From the large terrace of the apartment, equipped with a Jacuzzi with four seats, sun beds and umbrella, you can enjoy a wonderful lake view towards the west, which offers unforgettable sunsets. A few kilometers away you can visit the historic centers of Desenzano del Garda, Peschiera del Garda, Salò, but also cities such as Verona, Brescia and Mantua.

Interior:
The apartment occupies part of the first floor of the building and can be reached via an internal staircase. The entrance opens directly onto the living / dining / kitchen area. The hallway leads to the bathroom with Jacuzzi and the double bedroom. The living / dining / kitchen area gives access to the terrace with a four-seater hot tub and lake view (available from April to October). The living room has a double sofa bed.
Park:
On the private terrace of the apartment there is a Jacuzzi with four seats (available from April to October) facing the lake. The tub has a diameter of 1.80 m, is covered in eco-leather and is equipped with LEDs for chromotherapy. The whirlpool is also equipped with heating and a lid for closing at night and is available from the last Saturday in April to the second Saturday in October. Adjacent to the tub is the shower. The walkway around the pool and the solarium area are in parquet. The area is equipped with sunbeds, table and umbrella.NB: It should be noted that the photo shoots are usually made in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different at the time of your entry into the villa.
