You will not have to do anything, the insurance will be automatically activated upon payment of the reservation at no additional cost.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION Guarantee:
You can request the travel cancellation or rental costs when you have to cancel the entire booked travel stay, following a Covid-19 positivity ascertained by reports with positive results that has affected:

• directly you and / or your cohabiting family members;
• your travel companion directly.

You may apply for this insurance if you have to cancel the entire booked travel stay that you have made before the trip begins for one of the causes that you find in this list, as long as they are involuntary and unpredictable at the time of booking:

1. illness, injury (for which there are medical certificates and documents proving the inability to participate in the trip), or death;
2. if you are hired or fired by the employer and cannot use the holidays you had available;
3. a fire or natural disaster causes severe material damage to your home and you need to be there and no one can replace you;
4. a natural disaster prevents you from reaching either the place of departure of the organized trip or the leased property;
5. summons or summons to the Court before the Criminal Judge or summons as Popular Judge after your travel registration.

The rate is non-refundable for reasons not included in the insurance conditions.

The BLUE RATE includes Europ Assistance insurance.
You can request the cancellation or modification of the reservation for objectively documentable, unpredictable causes or events not known at the time of confirmation of the stay.
In these cases, the entire amount of the stay will be refunded.

You will be charged 50% of the total price at reservation time as a refundable deposit within 60 days before arrival while the balance 30 days before your arrival.If you cancel between 59 and 30 days before arrival, you will lose the deposit charged. If you cancel from 29 days until the day of arrival, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
