The villa is set in the nature park of Monte San Bartolo, between Emilia Romagna and the Marche. This charming property offers its guests all the characteristic aspects of a villa holiday. Villa Rina is also the ideal destination for those wishing to visit the many resorts on the Adriatic Coast with their lively nightlife but is also a great departure point for the many inland villages which characterize the hills of Emilia Romagna and Marche.
The villa has two floors. On the ground floor is the large living area sub-divided into dining area, living room and eat-in kitchen. Opposite is a double bedroom and a toilet. Still on the ground floor is the laundry room and garage, accessible from inside. A terracotta staircase leads up to the first floor with a double bedroom with splendid terrace, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub, two more bedrooms, a double and a twin, and two bathrooms with shower.
The private garden of the villa covers about 10,000 sq m and is characterized by a beautiful pine wood and an age-old olive grove. A large corner porch, next to the pool, will make your holiday even more enjoyable and you can sample the local delicacies under the large portico of the villa, furnished with tables and chairs.
The irregular-shaped pool is about 50 m from the villa, on the right side of one of the two entrance gates. It measures 12 x 6 m with the depth varying from1.20 to 2.50 m. Entrance is via Roman steps; it is lined with tiles and has chlorine purification. The solarium area is paved in terracotta and is equipped with sunbeds and sofas, coffee tables and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
