The charming country residence, located about 5 km from the medieval town of Modigliana, enjoys a happy position, since with short trips by car guests can visit Florence, Bologna, Ferrara, Faenza, Ravenna and the Republic of San Marino having the opportunity to go as far as Venice. Easily reachable from the airports of Bologna and Forlì, Villa Dina is an excellent starting point for those who want to reach the worldly towns of the Romagna Riviera: Cervia, Cesenatico and Milano Marittima. In addition, for golf lovers, there are several 18-hole golf courses less than 1 hour by car (Forlì, Bologna, Riolo Terme, just to name a few). NB: if the property is rented in this solution, no other customers will be present in the entire structure.

The property is split over two levels both with direct access from the outside.
