Sunny House

Sunny house ,  is a  apartment located in a quiet area in the city of Avola, about 350 meters from the sea, the house has: 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower, living room and kitchen with direct access to a large terrace with sea view and furnished with furniture and barbeque area, the house is fully air conditioned. The area is served by restaurants, bars, pizzerias and other services; in the area there is a park, a play area for children, a basketball court, a bike path and a few meters away is the almond museum. 

Guests will have access to the garden and the house independently
We will be available to guests throughout their stay.

In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias and equipped beaches, supermarkets, tobacconist's.Strategic point to easily reach the main beaches and nature reserves; a few kilometers away from Siracusa- Ortigia and the natural reserve of Plemmirio; Noto and the natural reserve of Vendicari; Cassibile natural reserve - Laghetti di Cava Grande; Marzamemi and Portopalo. 

Direct buses from Catania airport, Bus in connection with the nearest cities (Siracusa- Noto- Catania) Taxi, car and bike rental. Urban shuttle that connects all the squares of the historic center to the shopping center and the shoreline beaches. 

It is possible to check in from 15:00 to 20:00, in addition to the possibility of late check in until 23:00. In case of early arrival we carry out luggage storage service, as well as infopoint services  and bicycle rental.
